Why notice matters

Places are limited and a place held for you is a place someone else could not take. Notice lets it be offered to someone else.

Notice

Please give as much notice as you can to cancel or move a booking. The notice period that applies to your booking is confirmed when you book, and Rod Wave Elite (RWE) will confirm it on request.

Memberships and passes

Where a membership or pass is offered, the notice needed to stop it and the period it runs for are set out at the time of purchase.

If a session is cancelled by us

If Rod Wave Elite (RWE) cancels, you can move to another date or have a full refund — your choice.
