Who these terms cover
These terms apply to everyone who books a session, joins a class or programme, or buys from Rod Wave Elite (RWE).
Where a booking or payment is completed on a booking platform or store, that platform's terms apply to the transaction alongside these.
Results
Outcomes depend on your own participation and circumstances. No specific result is promised or guaranteed.
Who can book
Bookings are for adults. Anyone under 18 may take part only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
What is expected of you
Please arrive in time for the start, follow the instructions given during a session, and stop if something hurts.

Materials and copyright
Course materials, recordings, written guides and the content of this site belong to Rod Wave Elite (RWE). They are for your own use and may not be copied, shared or resold.
Bookings, payment and cancellation
Payment is taken at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are covered by the Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Beyond that, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking or product the claim relates to.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version published here at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.
