Services and appointments
Booked sessions are covered by the Cancellation Policy. Cancel with the notice set out there and the value is kept or refunded.
Purchases
The refund terms that apply to a purchase are those shown at the time of buying. Rod Wave Elite (RWE) will confirm the terms for anything you have bought on request.
If a session is cancelled by us
A full refund is issued, or the booking is moved — whichever you prefer.
