How cancellations and rescheduling work for bookings.

Training sessions, appearances, and partnership work are scheduled directly through management. If you need to cancel or move a session, contact us as early as you reasonably can by emailing camwilder@cycle.media.
The confirmation for each engagement will state the applicable cancellation deadline, rescheduling terms, and any deposit treatment.
If we cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered the choice of a replacement session at a time that suits you, or a full refund of that session's value. You will never be charged for a session we cancel.
Cancellation, return, and exchange requests for RWE apparel must follow the Overtime policy because Overtime processes and fulfils those orders.
Send a cancellation or rescheduling request as soon as possible through the contact page. A request is not confirmed until management replies in writing.
