Cam Wilder · Rod Wave Elite (RWE)
These terms govern your use of this website and the training, content and program services provided by Cam Wilder and Rod Wave Elite (RWE) ("we", "us"). By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
We provide basketball training, coaching and content through Cam Wilder's personal brand and the Rod Wave Elite (RWE) AAU program. This includes 1-on-1 and small-group training, team development, appearances, and the content published across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Sessions and appearances are booked directly through management.
Rates and availability are confirmed at the time of booking and may change for future bookings.
A rate you have already agreed and paid is honoured.
Basketball training carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling an athlete you confirm that they are physically fit to take part, and that you have disclosed any medical condition, injury or limitation relevant to their safety.
Athletes must follow the coach's instructions at all times.
Coaches may stop or modify a session on safety grounds, and that decision is final.
Most RWE athletes are under 18. A parent or legal guardian must make the booking, consent to participation, and provide emergency contact details.
We may photograph or film sessions and events for coaching review or promotional use. You can ask us in writing not to use an athlete's image, and we will comply.
The text, images and layout of this site belong to Cam Wilder and Rod Wave Elite or are used with permission. You may view and share pages, but you may not republish or resell the content.
This site links to third-party services including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and the Overtime shop. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the sessions concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; the current version always appears on this page. Questions to camwilder@cycle.media.
