This policy explains what personal information Cam Wilder and Rod Wave Elite (RWE) collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website, our booking process, and the training services themselves.
Enquiry and booking details — the client's name, email address and phone number, the athlete's name and age, and what you tell us about their goals.
Session information — the training location, the coach assigned, attendance, and coaching notes on progress.
Health and safety information — any medical condition, injury or limitation you disclose so we can train the athlete safely.
Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Website usage — basic analytics about pages visited, used to improve the site.
To arrange and deliver training, to match an athlete to the right coach, to keep athletes safe, to take payment, to respond to enquiries, and to send you information about your own bookings. We will only send marketing where you have asked for it, and you can stop it at any time.
We train athletes from a young age. Information about a child is provided by their parent or guardian, is used solely to deliver and safeguard that child's training, and is never sold. A parent or guardian may ask to see, correct or delete their child's information at any time by contacting us.
Only where necessary: the coach delivering the session, our booking and payment providers, and emergency services if an athlete is injured. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we are legally required to, and we delete coaching notes and contact details when they are no longer needed.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Ask us what information we hold about you or your athlete.
Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Ask us to delete information we no longer need.
